can we use a subthreshold library characterised at .4v along with the same library characterised at 1.8v by using level shifters,definitely the .4v library cannot work at higher frequencies as 1.8v so can we have two different clock frequencies in a design,with 1.8v cells operating at higher clock.
can some one give me any ideas which can be a good master&#039;s project</description>
